Backup Manager is sold through a traditional marketing structure, which pays up-front commissions plus residual streams to our Master Distributors and Resellers. We provide the leading online backup software and support systems as well as a marketing plan and materials to assist you in the promotion and resale of our products and services.
MASTER DISTRIBUTORS
Our Master Distributors are independent businesspersons who are granted an exclusive territory in which to market our products. Distributors are responsible for establishing retailers and resellers within this territory as well as corporate sales activities. Subsidies are available for new and underdeveloped territories and Backup Manager will make available all necessary marketing materials. Commissions are earned on new sales and residuals are earned on all sales within the territory.
RESELLERS
Backup Manager will authorize a restricted number of resellers and/or retailers within each of our sales territories. These resellers may bundle free trial software, or use our Point of Sale systems and materials within their retail locations. All new clients are tracked using your Partner ID code. Up-front commissions as well as long-term residual streams are earned on each new subscription.
